A man in Louisiana has filed a lawsuit against his town for threatening him with arrest and fines over a pair of flags that read "Fuck Joe Biden" and a more succinct version: "AND FUCK YOU FOR VOTING FOR HIM."
The man, Ross Brunet, said he was ticketed four times during 2021, but fought back, taking the town to trial to defend his First Amendment rights.
