Hello.

The new album is done!

"Hideout" is the name of the new full-length. Some quick facts about the album:

-- Written and recorded in Los Angeles and San Francisco, mixed with Phil Ek (The Shins, Built to Spill, Steven Malkmus) in Seattle and mastered with John Golden in Ventura, Hideout is 100% west coast made.

-- It features new members Dave Dupuis (guitar), Lorelei Plotczyk (bass) and James Smith (drums) as well as guest contributors. Check out our myspace page for recording pics.

-- Release date is set for September 11, 2007 (yes, 9/11, 911, 9!). For those of you who still pay for new albums (like us, of course), it's still a little ways off, but we'll be posting songs from the new album on our myspace page soon enough.

As a starter we're going to be playing two west-coast pre-release shows for you:

Tuesday August 14th
Spaceland, Los Angeles

Wednesday August 15th
Bottom of the Hill, San Francisco
