Un nouveau groupe: Kimono Kult
Avec:
Omar Rodriguez-Lopez (ATDI/De Facto/Mars Volta/Bosnian Rainbows) – guitar, synths, strings
Teri Gender Bender (Le Butcherettes/Bosnian Rainbows) – vocals, guitar
John Frusciante – guitar
Nicole Turley (Swahili Blonde) femme de Frusciante – bass, drum machine, trumpets, synths, backing vocals
Dante White-Aliano (Dante Vs. Zombies/Starlite Desperation) – guitar, synths
Laena Geronimo (Raw Geronimo) – violin, bass, trumpets
Un EP "Hiding In The Light" sortira le 04 Mars.

Je ne sais pas, mais je veux la même potion.
Pour une fois ce n'est pas lui qui est à l'origine de ce projet, c'est la femme de Frusciante l'instigatrice.

Un nouvel album va sortir le 08 Avril prochain: "Enclosure"

Ce qu'en dit Frusciante:
''Enclosure, upon its completion, was the record which represented the achievement of all the musical goals I had been aiming at for the previous 5 years. It was recorded simultaneously with Black Knights "Medieval Chamber", and as different as the two albums appear to be, they represent one investigative creative thought process, and what I learned from one feeded into the other. Enclosure, though it is for me now a year old, is still presently my last word on the musical statement which began with PBX, and I have since moved on to other things.''
À çà s'ajoute le bon 1er album de Black Knights "Medieval Chamber" sortit le mois dernier + 2 autres qui devraient sortir dans l'année "The Almighty" en juillet et un sans titre pour le moment pour Décembre + l'EP de Kimono Kult en Mars... productif le John !
Et il y a aussi une réédition en vinyle de l'OST de "Brown Bunny" prévu pour Avril.
